Summer moderation timeframes

Are you planning a summer moderation? BOOK THIS WEEK if you’d like your moderation to take place before the end of the summer term.

• Bookings for Explore/Bronze/Silver/Gold standard moderations must be made a minimum of eight weeks in advance.
• Places on postal moderations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. View our currently advertised postal dates and book. Explore postal moderation and Bronze/Silver/Gold postal moderation must be booked separately. Further information can be found on our website.
• Joint moderations are available at Bronze/Silver/Gold levels. There are three options available. Find out more about joint moderation.

Certificates are dispatched within four weeks of the moderation date, except in the case of Explore postal moderation, where certificates will be dispatched within six weeks.

Arts Award Adviser toolkit update

An updated version of the Bronze, Silver and Gold adviser toolkit is now available. Please ensure that your adviser toolkit is up to date so that you are working with the current criteria and guidance for Arts Award. You can find a summary of changes on the Arts Award website, easily accessible with your login; you can also download the updated pages for free to keep them handy.
