Co-producing rich arts projects with young people

As part of our webinar programme on Tuesday 19 November we are offering a free one-hour webinar exploring the important and current topic of co-producing arts rich projects.

In this webinar we will:

  • explore how the arts can contribute towards the wellbeing of both students and staff in schools.
  • explore some of the latest research, and look at how you can utilise your existing arts offer to boost wellbeing throughout your school.
  • share some best-practice hints and tips to help you get started with strategies in your setting.

The webinar is hosted by Dr Frances Howard, Arts Award Adviser and Trainer, and Layne Harrod, Sector Support Manager, Arts and Youth at Trinity College London – you can register for free.

Check out our previous free support webinars – we have sessions covering Delivering Bronze Arts Award and Preparing For Moderation

Best Practice Guidebook coming up

This autumn, we will be launching the new Arts Award Centre Best Practice Guidebook.  It is aimed at everyone involved in Arts Award at your centre, containing essential information on how to administer Arts Award – from guidance about support for delivering Arts Award with young people, to information about the moderation process.

It details the standards expected by Trinity, provides step-by-step guidance on how to ensure best practice, and provides information about where to find further materials.  The guidebook will replace some of our current resources, drawing all-important information together into one publication, which will sit alongside the Arts Award toolkit used by advisers delivering the awards.

Please keep an eye out for this resource being released later this term, share it with relevant colleagues and embed its use into your Arts Award delivery.
