When planning your moderation, please collect full details for the young people you wish to enroll (including first name, last name and date of birth). Young people must be enrolled for moderation no later than 21 days prior to your scheduled moderation date (or sample confirmation date) and ideally once their work has been assessed by the adviser.
Young people’s names should be enrolled via the adviser portal and guidance and video tutorials can be found in the Adviser Portal Guidance. If you have any issues with enrolling names via the adviser portal, please speak to your Arts Award contact at Trinity or reach out via our email address.
You may be aware that the apprenticeship framework is changing with new apprenticeships being launched.
The current Community Arts Apprenticeship framework for which Silver and Gold Arts Award is an approved Knowledge Certificate, will be closed for new starters from August 2020. It has been replaced by the new Apprenticeship Standard for a Cultural Learning & Participation Officer which went live in February 2019.
