CEP networking events

We are excited to be hosting a series of conversations with Cultural Education Partnerships (CEPs) across the country. Our networking events will aim to provide a national platform for CEP members and partners to come together to share and shape their approaches to Arts Award.

Whether you are part of your local CEP representing an education setting, community organisation or the arts and cultural sector, you’ll take away from these networking events ideas for delivery, inspiration for collaboration, tips for advocating for Arts Award in your networks and the sense of being part of a national conversation around the arts.

Support webinars: Ydych chi wedi dechrau cynllunio ar gyfer Cwricwlwm newydd
Cymru?

As schools begin planning for the new Curriculum for Wales, we have created a brand new, free resource Arts Award and the Expressive Arts Curriculum, which is available to download from our adviser hub in both English and Welsh.

This resource aims to demonstrate how Arts Award can support the curriculum’s key objectives, how Arts Award connects to the four purposes of the new curriculum and how it can align with the Expressive Arts Area.

As well as this resource we now also have portfolios building templates for Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold available in Welsh, supporting those schools who wish to enter their portfolios for moderation in the Welsh language.

If you are interested in learning more watch back our webinar ‘Arts Award a Chwricwlwm y Celfyddydau Mynegiannol- Arts Award and the Expressive Curriculum’ where we discussed how Arts Award can support the Expressive Arts area of the new curriculum in Wales, as well as sharing examples of delivery from centres in Wales.
