We are strengthening access control to our systems and applications, plus improving password management for users. If you have not logged into the adviser portal since 29 August 2018, you will need to create a new password that meets the updated requirements.
To do this, please click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the adviser portal login page and follow the instructions. If you have any difficulties in creating your new password, please contact: ITHelp@trinitycollege.co.uk for assistance.
Have you or others in your team changed roles recently? Please take some time to check and update your details in the adviser portal to ensure we have your correct information for the academic year ahead.
To review your centre details, log in to the adviser portal, click ‘Centre details’ and select your centre. You can then update your centre address, contact emails, and unlink advisers who no longer deliver Arts Award with you. When updating your centre address or unlinking advisers, please remember to email moderation.team@trinitycollege.co.uk with a list of changes made, should they have an effect on a recent certificate order or upcoming moderation.
When completing Arts Award Explore, 'Present' (Part D) offers an opportunity for young people to look back at the activities they undertook for 'Inspire' (Part A), 'Explore' (Part B) and 'Create' (Part C) and choose at least one activity they enjoyed, achieved highly in or are most proud of, then present that to others in some way.
If you want to incorporate a performance, young people can be offered the opportunity to talk about or show what they enjoyed or achieved, or are most proud of. However please remember that a performance itself would not be enough to pass this part.
